New Membership Form

Thank you for choosing to join us.

The first page of the form asks the new member to enter details of the person / persons who wish to become members. The tick box is the indicator as to whether a Single or Couple membership is required.


The second page of the form confirms the rest of the information that the Association require of new members including street address, a primary phone contact number and a primary e-mail address.

It also presents a selection of communication methods / content types that the member can switch on or off including the ability to agree / not to their details being used by third parties for promotional purposes.

It may in future present any number of additional fields for which we may wish to gather data.


The last page of the form asks the new member to confirm the information they have provided in thier new profile and asks them to tick a box to signify that they accept any required statutory obligations of Membership. When the new member hits the "Sign Me Up" button, the following things will happen:
1. The new member is assigned a membership number and thier details are entered in the Membership Database.
2. A welcome email is sent to the new member confirming thier new profile. As the new member is not yet financial, the welcome email contains a link inviting them to pay online.
3. An email is sent to the Associations email account for informtion.
4. Any Membership Change Notification that the Association has configured in MM+ Console will be made when payment is recieved.
